ANALYSIS / ASSIGNMENT

The first step I do is I'll analyse your posture, movements and existing back pain, so rather than giving you a common solution for a problem I'll analyse the very basic reason why you have got the problem and will work on it.

After analysing your problem, I'll work on providing you an unique personalized plan. Personalized Plan in the sense you will get your own training plan based on the corrections to be made in your Posture everyday.

My training plans are always based on a Holistic approach.. I want to give my customers a permanent solution and not a temporary relief. I strongly believe that excellent Posture and pain free back helps you to achieve good health. I have discussed more about holistic circle in the below points

Holistic training differ from other normal treating ways for your disease or any problem, because it target your personal problems, like bad posture or back pain from a variety of sense full perspectives. So with the holistic approach the main advantage is it gives you a permanent solution for your problem apart from a temporary solution.

My training is purely based on holistic approach, so fear not about any side effects, you will get a complete relief from the problems you are facing. I mainly concentrate on changing your bad posture to good posture this in turn increases your self-confidence and will also solve your problems. •Initially you can make use of my Remote Screen App to take front and side posture pictures.

• Then I will import and analyse the posture using my posture screen.

• You can also use Remote Screen to record videos of your functional assessments, which I'll analyse using Squat Screen using the App.

• You receive on App a daily basis educational information about topics like correct sitting, optimal set up for your workplace, lifting with low stress on your side and spine.

• After two weeks I will do a Re-Test to make sure we are on track.

• Based on the Re-Test I adapt the personalized training plan to be sure that you receive the best possible results out of the program.

• At the end of the program I do a last Re-Test so that you can see the outcome after 4 weeks. Up onto this results you get Tips about how you can maintain your new posture.
