How do I get rid of subconscious stress?

4 ways to unlock the door of your subconscious

The subconscious directs our lives so much behind the scenes. As soon as the sperm meets the egg and begins to create a life, you are led by the subconscious. The subconscious is the force that tells your heart how to beat, when to blink, when to feel hungry.

All your physiological functions are working from the depths of your mind. It also has a huge impact on how we perceive the world. The subconscious works very quickly, constantly analyzing the world around you, identifying processes and making assumptions that you consciously make. In metaphysical terms, the subconscious is the force that can make or break our creative and spiritual processes.

In many ways, the subconscious is a true reflection of our soul – it is the foundation upon which the ego and the conscious mind are built. So, how can we make him listen?

It’s not an easy answer. There is no one method that will change the old habits of everyone’s unconscious to fit the new paradigm we want to consciously install. I decided to explore the methods that are most popular or most effective for me personally.

Try them out, test and explore, and you’ll find something that works for you as long as you keep an open mind.

1- Meditation and visualization

You have probably already heard about the many benefits of meditation. When you meditate, you blur the boundary of the conscious and unconscious and begin a kind of integration process.

We focus so much on our breathing when we meditate because it is an action that can be controlled by both the conscious and subconscious mind.

When we relax more deeply, we become a mixture of the subconscious and the conscious, until the two eventually unite and transcend into a state of super-consciousness. It is during this process that we can very easily free old paradigms and install new paradigms. Just visualize your intention as you meditate. It redirects your subconscious. A personal paradigm is a story that we tell ourselves unconsciously until it becomes real in our environment. It is now time to write a new story with a happy ending.

2- Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is very similar to meditation, the only difference being that there is someone to guide you every step of the way.
Many people find that meditation and visualization are not effective for them because they are distracted, their phone starts to vibrate, or they just do not understand how they can be both relaxed and invested. A good hypnotherapist can help with all these things.

It will certainly make you turn off your phone at the beginning of the session. Their quiet but authoritative voice and instructions keep you focused, and having paid for this session will make you much more involved in concentration.

It will teach you to relax and have a more suitable environment for this job where you will feel even better than in your own home. I know that not everyone can see a hypnotherapist, and it does not matter.
There are still other methods that can be explored, and there are also many guided meditations and hypnotherapy videos recorded online, free of charge.

3- The sleep

Sleep, like meditation, is a time when the limit of both minds is the thinnest. Often, we fall asleep thinking about all the things we do not want to do the next day or stressing because of the past day. We fall asleep thinking about work, thinking back to the last argument with our partner, all the races we have to do the next day, or just loneliness.

Many people find that when they are about to fall asleep, their worst anxieties and fears can go around their minds.
It is an unfortunate side effect of a culture that teaches us to fight and fear what we hate instead of focusing and creating what we love. This is particularly unfortunate because you are in a half-asleep state, these ideas go straight into your subconscious. When you fall asleep, you are like a little coin thrown into the big well of the subconscious.

If night after night you put all this stress and negativity into the big well of the unconscious, then that’s all your subconscious will know the next day.

When you fall asleep, think about the things you want. Imagine yourself with your ideal partner, imagine yourself with your ideal job, think about your dream vacation. It begins to fill the subconscious of positivity. You will wake up the next day feeling good, and the subconscious will begin to redirect to achieve these positive goals.

4- The ritual

Personally, I find that this method is the most effective. There is, among much of the spiritual community, a distinction between what occultists and pagans call “Magick,” and that force that the New Age community calls the law of attraction. Many enlightened people realize that they are actually different names for the same idea

However, New Age followers use assertions while Witches and Occultists make talismans and spells. There are people on both sides who do not respect the “absurdity” on the other side. But really, I think the people who are most enlightened are those who see the similarities behind both sides and the rituals have good results. Indeed, our subconscious speaks symbolically. He is very receptive to symbols, and a ritual is a way to communicate symbolically with your subconscious

When a Wiccan lights a green candle, burns incense, and says a spell to attract abundance, he communicates with his inner self. His subconscious understands symbolism and accepts it, and goes to work to achieve it. The rituals are very simple, for example you can simply light a candle and say a few words. The best rituals are the personal ones, so create yours! Be creative!

There are many other methods, but I think these are already an excellent starting point. If this information is new to you, tell me if they are useful! If you already know these methods, tell me the ones that worked for you!
