How can we release our stress after coming home from work?

As indicated from the website of the American Psychological Association, the most common sources of work stress are low salaries, work overload, few opportunities for promotion, jobs that do not involve or pose a challenge, lack of social support or not. have control over work decisions among others.

1. Identify what stresses you at work  

Keep a diary for a week or two to identify which situations create you the most stress and how you respond to them. Record your thoughts, feelings and information about the environment, including the people and circumstances involved, the physical situation and how you reacted.
